You get 1440 minutes at the start of each day, what you do with
them is up to you. The rich use them wisely. It is often said that
the only difference between the rich and the poor is what they do
in their spare time and its true. Planning has a lot to do with

Eating for fat loss doesn't have to be a terrible affair. It's just
a matter a relearning what is supposed to taste good and a little
planning. It's been awhile since most North Americans regularly
cooked their own meals from scratch. What this means is that you
are not used to eating foods that are conducive to fat loss in
their natural states. What you have been eating you have learned to
like because that is what was fed to you. Just like you learned to
like what you were eating that has been bad for you, you can learn
to like something else.
