    When we first considered moving to Florida, our first thought was to look for a new home in Pinellas County or Hillsborough County. After all, Pinellas County is close to all those great Gulf beaches, not to mention Clearwater and St. Petersburg. Hillsborough County had the city of Tampa. There were lots of good schools here in the Tampa Bay area, too, which was important for us since we have two children. Inquiring around, we learned
